1. None of the creditors are small scale industrial undertakings to whom the company owes a sum which is outstanding as on the Balance Sheet date.

2. Debit/Credit balances of parties are subject to balance confirmation and reconciliation.

3. Market value of certain long term Investments in shares have eroded due to prevailing depressed market conditions, being temporary in nature, no provision have been made in the books of accounts.

4. Non-fund base limit for Letter of Credit taken from Oriental Bank of Commerce is secured against goods under such Letter of Credit, Assignment of receivables and mortgage of immovable properties belonging to the company, Managing Director and personal guarantee of Managing Director of the company.
