2.14. Provisions and contingencies:
Provisions: Provisions are recognised when there is a present obligation or constructive obligation as a result of a past event
and it is probable that an outflow of resources embodying economic benefits will be required to settle the obligation and thereis a reliable estimate of the amount of the obligation.
Contingent Liabilities: Contingent liabilities are disclosed when there is a possible obligation arising from past events theexistence of which will be confirmed only by the occurrence or non occurrence of one or more uncertain future events notwholly within the control of the company or a present obligation that arises from past events where it is either not probablethat an outflow of resources will be required to settle or a reliable estimate of the amount cannot be made.
2.15. Earnings per share:
Basic EPS is computed by dividing the net profit attributable to shareholders by the weighted average number of equity sharesoutstanding during the year.
Diluted EPS is computed using the weighted average number of equity and dilutive equity equivalent shares outstandingduring the year-end. except where the results would be anti-dilutive.
2.16 Borrowings:
Borrowing Cost that are directly attributable to the acquisition/ construction of the qualifying asset are capitalised until thetime all the substantial activities necessary to prepare such assets for the intended use are complete. All other borrowing costsare recognised as expenditure during the period in which they are incurred.

The Company during the year did not have foreign exchange transaction.
2.18. Taxation
Income tax expense comprises current tax(i.e amount of tax for the period determined in accordance with Income TaxAct 1961 and deferred tax charge or credit (reflecting the tax effects of timing differences between accounting income
and taxable income for the period). The deferred tax charge or, credit and the corresponding deferred lax liabilities or,assets are recognised using the tax rates that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date.
Deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent there is reasonable certainty that the assets can be realised in future-however where there is unabsorbed depreciation or carried forward loss under taxation laws, deferred tax assets arcrecognised only if there is a virtual certainty of realization of such assets. Deferred tax assets are reviewed as at each
balance sheet date and written down or written up to reflect the amount that is reasonably / virtually certain (as the casemay be) to be realised.
Deferred tax assets include Minimum Alternative Tax (MAT) paid in accordance with the tax laws in India which islikely to give future economic benefits in the form of availability of set off against future income tax liabilityAccordingly, MAT ,s recognised as deferred tax asset in the balance sheet when the asset can be measured reliably andit is probable that the future economic benefit associated with asset will be realised'.
Current and deferred tax expense is recognised in the Statement of Profit and Loss, except when they relate to items thatare recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity, in which case, the current and deferred tax are alsorecognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity respectively.
2.19. The Company has not accepted any Public Deposits during the year under review and the Board of Directors have passedresolution to the effect that the Company has neither accepted Public Deposit nor would accept any public Deposit during the
