Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements), Regulation, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') read with Section 91 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, we would like to inform the following:

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from Thursday 22nd August 2019 to Wednesday 28th August ,2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2019.

The Company has decided Wednesday, August 21st , 2019 as the record date for purpose of determining the Members eligible for final dividend and for identifying the shareholders for the eligibility to vote in the Annual General Meeting.
