Requirement of Funds

The proceeds of the Issue, after deducting Issue related expenses, are estimated to be Rs.lakhs (the ?Net Proceeds)

We intend to utilize the Net Proceeds towards the following objects:

1. Repayment of Loan,
2. Funding the working capital requirements of the Company,
3. General Corporate Purpose.

The promoters of the Company are Akshay Chhabra and Tech Worldwide Support Private Limited.

1. Mr. Akshay Chhabra: is the aged 44 years is the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He holds a degree of B.E. Electronics Engineering) from the University of Bombay. He is the guiding force behind the strategic decisions of the Company and has been instrumental in planning and formulating the overall business strategy and developing business relations of the Company.
